Location

Kranjska Gora is located in the north west part of Slovenia in the river Sava upper valley and is easily accessible from various directions.

We encourage you to travel with public transport, car sharing or group transport.

Train & Bus access:
The nearest train station is in Jesenice, from where you can reach Kranjska Gora in 20 minutes by bus.

Buses from all biggest Slovenian cities (Kranj, Bled, Ljubljana, Maribor) drive to Jesenice and from there you can reach Kranjska Gora in 20 minutes.

Car Access:
Slovenia: From Ljubljana over Kranj and Jesenice to Kranjska Gora.
Austria: Through Karawankentunnel to Jesenice and than to Kranjska Gora or directly to venue area over Koren pass (Würzenpass)
Italy: From Tarvisio to Podkoren (venue area)

In Kranjska Gora and Podkoren during the Vitranc Cup, special traffic arrangements apply. We recommend to relax, do not hurra and obey signalisation by traffic police and police, and leave your car in the designated parking lot.
