The Podkoren racecourse is ready for today's giant slalom.
Despite the spring weather, everything is ready for the world's best alpine skiers to compete in this year's 65th Vitranc Cup. We are also expecting a large number of fans, who will be able to enjoy the beautiful weather, top-class performances by the athletes, and entertainment at the finish arena.
"I would like to thank Žičnice Kranjska Gora, the Slovenian Ski Association, and our Alpine Ski Club Kranjska Gora for joining forces this year to cover the terrain with snow, enabling us to prepare an excellent course for the skiers in January. and now the competition awaits the male skiers," said Grega Benedik, President of the Vitranc Cup Organizing Committee.
