Benjamin Raich obviously likes the slope in Podkoren. Today he swept the competition away and stood on the podium like last year and the year before as well as at the 41st Cup Vitranc. Benjamin Raich gave himself a perfect present for his 29th birthday which he celebrated on 28th February. And how does he comment his success in Slovenia: The first time I have ever stood on the podium was here in Kranjska Gora. The steep slope of Podkoren really fits me well so I can compete here much easier.
