Refunds are processed automatically for online buyers, while point-of-sale buyers are asked to visit the point of purchase.
Due to the cancellation of all Men's Alpine Ski World Cup races, we are working with the official ticket reseller, Eventim, to refund the purchase price to all those who have purchased tickets.
ONLINE BUYERS
Refunds are processed automatically, no further information is required from the buyers. Refunds are arranged in the same way as the purchase (same means of payment). In the case of payment via Valu or prepayment, refunds are arranged by bank transfer. Please send your details, order number and TRR account number to info@eventim.si so that we can arrange the transfer.
SALE POINTS
Ticket buyers, please report to the point of sale where you purchased your tickets. Please bring your original tickets with you. Refunds are only possible at the outlets where you made the actual purchase (except Petrol - you can visit your nearest Petrol).
Cancellation authorisations are automatically released, meaning that your cancellation and refund will be processed immediately.
Customers who purchased tickets at our own Eventim outlets, Kino Šiška or Tivoli Ticket House, will receive a refund by transfer to your personal TRR account. Please send your details with your address, order number or scan of your invoice or scan of your tickets and your TRR number to info@eventim.si.
