Slovenian skier Štefan Hadalin advanced 12 places in the second run of today's giant slalom.
He was 29th after the first run and 17th at the end. He even had the best time of the final run. Seven hundredths of a second behind him was the runner-up Alexis Pinturault.
Hadalin said before the race that the problems he had at the World Championships were forgotten and that he was 100 % ready for the Vitranc Cup and the rest of the season. He confirmed that with his performance today. Well done, Stefan!
